- The bond between children and parents is of utmost importance to the child, and the Centre staff are dependant on parents to provide on-going feedback and communication in order that their child’s individual needs can be met
- All parents are respected as individuals regardless of their cultural background, gender, beliefs and attitudes. Individual skills, efforts and achievements are recognised and appreciated
- Parental involvement is valued and encouraged in all aspects of Centre activity so that the family and staff can work together to achieve quality care for their children.
- Parents leave their children at the Centre with the certain knowledge that the well-being, welfare and education of their children is the prime reason for the Centre’s existence.
